Dangerbird Supporting Record Store Day with Releases from Skysaw & Beady Eye

Wednesday April 13, 2011 - 52 months ago

Record Store Day is one day every year where artists, performers, industry folks, and music fans come together to celebrate independent music. It’s a day filled with free in-store performances, exclusive releases, and more.

This Saturday, April 16, Dangerbird will be supporting Record Store Day by releasing an exclusive Skysaw 7”, and a limited edition Beady Eye 7” box set.

Skysaw’s No One Can Tell 7” includes the title track “No One Can Tell” and the b-side of “Serrated” from the band’s upoming full-length, Great Civilizations. No One Can Tell serves as the debut release from this new prog-rock project from acclaimed drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, Mike Reina, and Anthony Pirog.

The Beady Eye box set includes three 7” singles for “Bring The Light,” “Four Letter Word,” and “The Roller” plus the b-sides “Sons of the Stage,” “World Outside My Room,” and “Two of A Kind.” Also included are three live Beady Eye songs from a KEXP radio session in February.

Also happening on Record Store Day, in-store performances from Maritime (in Milwaukee at Exclusive Company 4pm) and The One AM Radio (in Los Angeles at Vacation Vinyl 3pm).
