Dangerbird Artists at New Orleans Voodoo Experience Festival

Minus the Bear, Fitz and The Tantrums, and Dangerbird management client Eagles of Death Metal will all be performing this weekend at The Voodoo Experience Festival in New Orleans.

Friday, October 29

Saturday, October 30
– Eagles of Death Metal (9:45pm on Bingo Stage)

Sunday, October 31
– Minus the Bear (2:15pm on Voodoo Stage)

The band just finished their first U.S. tour with The Temper Trap, and will be heading back to their hometown of Manchester, UK for the MTV Europe Awards in November. Delphic is nominated in the “Best UK & Ireland New Act” category.

San Francisco Chronicle Features Pablove Across America

Today the San Francisco Chronicle published an amazing story about Dangerbird co-founder Jeff Castelaz and his Pablove Across America bicycle ride from Seattle to Los Angeles.

The 1500-mile ride ends on Thursday, but the fight against childhood cancer continues. Please visit The Pablove Foundation website to learn how you can get involved.

Fitz and The Tantrums Live From Daryl's House Tonight

Last week Fitz and The Tantrums swung by the upstate New York home of Daryl Hall to jam with the legend himself!

The seven-song session will premiere tonight at 8pm EST (5pm PST) on Daryl’s monthly web show, Live From Daryl’s House.

“To get to play with one of my biggest influences and idols was a dream come true,” raves Fitz, “Daryl and the guys put it down and we all left it on the floor! We went pretty deep into the Daryl Hall catalog to sing the first song Daryl ever recorded. It was a day we will never forget!”

Darker My Love To Tour with Delta Spirit This Fall

After a successful west coast headlining run and a string of shows with Band of Horses, celebrated LA rock band Darker My Love will head out on a US tour with Delta Spirit.

Beginning November 15th in Lawrence, KS, Darker My Love will be playing songs from their new album Alive As You Are, which DJ Anne Litt of KCRW raved “is deep on emotion and long on heartache… that West Coast optimism seeps into the music making it a perfect tonic for my heart.”

Subterranean Homesick Blues: A Tribute To Bob Dylan’s ‘Bringing It All Back Home’ is available today through Reimagine Music.

This tribute pays homage to Dylan’s fifth studio album by featuring inventive new versions of the classic 11-song album, plus five little known bonus tracks reimagined by a number of today’s critically acclaimed artists.

Sea Wolf’s rendition of the bonus track “Sitting On A Barbed Wire Fence” can be found on Subterranean Homesick Blues along with cover songs by Peter Moren (of Peter Bjorn & John), Asobi Seksu, Helio Sequence, Franz Nicolay (formerly of The Hold Steady), J. Tillman (of Fleet Foxes), and more.
